Instructions to Sign Electronically

If you process client mailing lists:
  1. Click the 'I am processing this list for my customer' button and fill in the required information
  2. Click 'Next' after you have completed filling in the information
  3. Review what was entered and check the box that you understand an email will be sent to you, the List Owner, and a second broker (if applicable)
  4. Click the link you receive in the email. The link can be used to: :
    1. Check whether your client has signed the PAF
    2. Start an email to let them know they will be receiving an email
    3. Resend a signature request to your client
  5. Read and complete the signature portion of the page
  6. Your client will receive an email with a website link (click here to view sample) and they must read and complete the signature portion of the page
  7. Once you and your client click 'Confirm Signature' your PAF will be submitted for review (the order in which the forms are signed does not matter)
  8. You will receive an email confirmation when it has been approved and the PAF will now be visible in your application
If you process only your own data:
  1. Click the 'I am the owner of the list to be processed' button
  2. Fill in the required information
  3. Click 'Next' after you have completed filling in your information and confirm what was entered
  4. You will receive an email with a website link
  5. Read and complete the signature portion of the page
  6. Once you click 'Confirm Signature' your PAF will be submitted for review
  7. 7. You will receive an email confirmation when it has been approved and the PAF will now be visible in your application

Instructions to complete a paper copy:

  1. Click the appropriate button: 'I am processing this list for my customer' or 'I am the owner of the list to be processed'
  2. Fill in the required information
  3. Click 'I wish to sign a paper copy' under 'Signature'
  4. Click "Download PAF" button
  5. Print the PAF
  6. Gather signature(s)
  7. Scan the form and email to support@ezpaf.com. You will not be notified the PAF was received until it is approved.
