Completing a paper copy of the PAF should only be used in situations with three or more Broker/Agents or List Administrators.
After submitting an online PAF request, an email is sent to the individuals specified above for their electronic signature. The PAF will not be available for use until all parties have signed and it has been approved by the Licensee.
